introduction to spatial design
In the 2nd assignment, we had to provide 8 small models which had to have a strong showing of each design principle provided in the Project Brief. Then we had to create a big model size of 30*30 which is a hybrid model created by combining 3 of the design principle.

We started by analyzing and planning out the model that will show the 8 principles. Then the mockup is created to get feedback from the tutor and the final model is then created. For the Hybrid model, the concept is taken from architectural inspirations to set a mood board to proceed with the design development of the final model.

After creating the mockup models, the sketches of the model was developed and finally the final model was created.

From this assignment ,I learnt the basic knowledge of points,lines and planes added. This is a very important knowledge to be learnt as this is the stepping stone for model masking. I also started to develope a deep understanding of the design principles .

The introduction of model making was introduced in this assignment and that is something that will be very helpful in my degree years. The making of the hybrid model implemented the idea of how to create a inspiration board and create a design development process.
